Many people talk about the law and legal matters mentioning common-law and old, almost ancient, scripts. Scripts like the Magna Carta and the decision of the Pope to declare that he possesses all souls on earth. They refer to these documents with disgust in some cases and reverence in others all the while pointing out how modern Acts and Statutes are mere decisions made by corporate policy makers and that these modern scripts should not apply to themselves as they aren’t “corporate entities” and they do not consent.
This is a confusing position for most people to comprehend and for the legal community especially. Now I’m not supporting the legal community when I say this but the fact is that toting one document as “sacred” while another is toilet paper is, to quote a great character, illogical. For if a document written by another person is crap then why would not all documents written by that legal entity also be crap since all succeeding documents have to be based on the good one?
The facts are that the “crown” and the whole of the western ideology is not nor ever was one of the founding lands of Britannia. Britain was conquered centuries ago and the people’s of those lands have long since been either conquered or murdered. To hold to such documents as the Magna Carta without just reasoning and to state that the current constitutions are invalid is contradictory. None of the documents produced by ANY royalty or governance has ever held authority over anyone other than those that wrote them.
You may disagree with my writings here on my blog, and you are free to do so. You may feel that registration of private property such as your car or your child is an infringement on your unalienable rights to enjoyment of property, and you are free to believe that as well. But you do NOT have the right or liberty to tell any other person how to think or live their own life. No one has ever had that privileged despite their claims.
The crown is currently a corporation run by the inner city of London and the Masons’ that possess that city. It is not a member of the inbred “royal” family and it is not a piece of jewelry worn on someone’s head. It is a lie created centuries ago. It is a lie that has been offered up as gospel throughout the ages. It can be read about in the books claiming to be the “Holy Bible”. It is a dream of fools who refuse to be personally responsible for their own actions.
To claim that the “crown” has rights or to claim that some member of a specific family has rights granted by God that you don’t have is to be a fool for God created ALL men equal. “Male and Female created He them.” For any person, legal fiction or living man, to claim authority over another has to be proven, and in some cases it can be done. For example, if you work for McDonald’s then you have entered into an agreement that grants McDonald’s certain rights and authorities over you. If you don’t work for McDonald’s then they have absolutely NO authority over you and can bring no claim against you for policy violations.
The idea that Elizabeth Windsor has any authority over every person walking on a piece of land referred to as a “Commonwealth” nation is ridiculous. It probably started because some time ago in our past your great great great grandpappy had a job as a stable boy or some such thing. A prosperous position for a common man, too. As such the royalty had authority over him and so he passed that acceptance of obedience on to his children. Children who them passed that on to you over time and you now no longer even know how that happened. You just blame it on a registry.
It’s factually just ancient Rome living out it’s modern existence as predicted in the books they wrote for you and called the “Word of God”. There are no secrets regarding this. Rome never fell. It transformed and moved. It adapted to what the people would accept. The truth behind the Crown is that the crown is Rome in it’s modern form of church and state. Just as it was 2000 years ago.

This has always been a not topic. Does the Queen have any greater rights and authority? My mother would say “yes” but I say “hell no”. If you have evidence to oppose my position I’m open to listen to it.

Hey Rob; Elizabeth windsor ACTS as our #1 public servant–i believe she is a cool woman; with that said, the “CROWN” is a corporation that is under contract to perform public service–the crown is a society and do create legal persons for the benefit of man–as any benefit given to man, man has a right to choose to partake in such benefit and can accept one minute then not the next; if a man believes a benefit will cause harm, loss, injury to himself or his fellow man, he has a RIGHT not to partake in said benefit–simple man.
I agree with you Allan, we do have the option to opt in or out as we please but the crown, being a corporation, doesn’t see it that way. They only see it as all or nothing because they want it all. They want your very soul if they could have it.
hehehe- maybe, or the thousands wish to control the millions; with that said it is the responsibility for mankind to learn why mankind has rights and that any man or woman ACTING as a crown person has duties, responsibilities, and obligation to mankind—it is also our duty to keep the public service, corporations, and all creation of man in check; on this land known as Canada we have a RIGHT to access our public courts 24\7\365–many are unaware that the legal association rents these courts and their courts are private even though they are held in a public venue. learn to hold court–court of record–trial by jury–Queens bench–man on man and not allow any man or woman to hide behind a title when he or she does wrong to another man or woman.

Making it simple – Canadian version – in order of power;
There are 4 types of law at play so make 4 columns or use 4 notebooks
1. as this is still Native land we have Native law. They have the right to do everything the English or British do, and then some, as they are the Sovereigns here – do as they wish with land, laws, trade, issue passports, make or modify laws, give out penalties, healing circles for crimes, etc. up to kicking the British off their land.
2. Homesteaders & settlers are sovereigns on Native land & are subject to Native law first & then English Common law as their own. These people received the permission of Natives to create their own homesteads and settlements and can operate as such, up to creating their own nations within allotted land. Due to treaties and agreements they have the right to freely travel anywhere they want, create their own trade, livelihood, technology, peace keepers, sheriffs, etc. & just about everything they choose. Some have chosen religion as their guide or law – it is their choice.
Now it may get confusing as 3 & 4 are part of the Statutory system, yet are very different;
3. Civil law or civilian law – derived from Roman civil law used for private commerce and property, also used mainly for disputes between the wealthy lords, nobles & knights of the British & to handle business disputes. It copies common law but is NOT common law. Workers of nobility can have their disputes heard here as well.
4. pure Statutory law or government law – law of (literal) mind control, lesser known as British Admiralty law. The “crown” is their bank with persons / personas as in their trust / accounts with your name. This is where they stick you as “presuming” to be a person, driver, worker, vagrant, government worker, sailor, voluntary slave, etc. as YOU HAVE NOT ESTABLISHED YOURSELF, not even in number 3, or any other category. They label you as resided / re-sided from common men & women to their welfare state. You are dependent on them for your food & well-being or you are a worker for 1 of their businesses. And you’re the sucker who signed up with them, literally.
You or your parents might have thought this was until you get up in the world or better lifestyle & get your own homestead or start your own operation, but they keep you there on purpose or as long as possible.
BTW: the Queen is the protector of common men & women in England, but not here as she washed her hands of Canada in her 1953 royal proclamation.
There are more categories as said in Canadian Constitution, who is a signatory to International Human Rights but that’s for another time.
