Your New Car And How It Causes Inflation

debt-slaves-paymentsAs everyone feels higher pressures of financing and the abilities to meet basic survival expenditures many don’t factually know how they personally are responsible for inflation and the financial problems of their local economy.  Anyone who’s been around since the 90s should have at least seen by now that the general wages of the workers hasn’t really increased.  I in fact made more money in the early to mid 90s than I do today and in the 70s and 80s when I began working paid rent and still had more disposable income than I do today.

I have never really been one to like the idea of “borrowing” money to buy things and would never consider using a credit card for things like gas and groceries.  In fact I don’t even have a credit card, not even a pay as you go card.  The reason I refuse to “borrow” money for items is because there is no such thing in the banking system.

When a person asks a financial institution for money to make purchases the institution never actually lends anything.  Instead what happens is the financial company creates the money using your signature as the surety.  The basic premise of inflation is that there is more money in circulation than previously and thus the value of the money is lowered due to basic supply and demand.

Bankers don’t want you to buy things with cash because that is how they make their earnings.  Banks have nothing to offer, just like insurance companies and governments, so they have to convince you that their illusion of services are valuable and that you need them.  They lie to you telling you that if you don’t put your money in their hands then it could be stolen by thieves and that by investing your money with them you can build towards your financial future.

These are blatant lies.  The only time I’ve had money stolen from me was through the bank from false claims often from the government criminals themselves.  Investments with banks and other financial institutions are often only a few percentage points and come with extra fees that don’t add up to the deflationary value of the money caused by inflationary prices and increased amounts of currency available.

At the same time as this is all going on the basic wages of laborers has remained the same and only minimum wages have really increased in order to keep the poorest of society’s heads above water: at least to some degree.  The simplest means to attack this fraudulent system is to minimize our use of it.  Restrict your bank use and services to only that which you must do.  Pay off your debts as quickly as possible to minimize interest payments.  Stop investing in the financial markets and look for better ways to build your future income streams.  And finally, buy everything with cash, the banksters hate that as they make nothing off of those transactions.

This has just been a quick advisory on how your borrowing for purchases is adding to the problems of the economy around us and a plea for you to stop.  For more information click the “Become A Member” menu button and join the Financial and Securities Group in the members area.  Contribute what you can and ask questions to gain knowledge.  Question everything and read the financial regulations governing your country.  In Canada the Bills of Exchange Act is only a few short pages and I believe the regulations are the same in your area.

Until next time,

Rob
