CBC Calls it “Contempt of Cop”

Check stop copA recent article posted by CBC reporter Neil McDonald mentions the increased defiance of private citizens towards police.  In his article he refers to it as “Contempt of Cop” and points out that it is truly nothing more than individuals enforcing their rights.

Although he is correct in stating that you have the right to defend against these personal attacks, he does seem to confuse the issue of rights throughout the story.  He even makes a statement in his closing comments that: “And while the U.S. Constitution applies to everyone on U.S. soil, Canadian visitors might want to take a more defensive approach (like don’t drive your own car in certain southern states, don’t carry a lot of valuables, and if you run into a checkpoint, be nice and obedient).

Unlike U.S. citizens, visitors are here by permission, and that can be revoked for any reason, or none at all.”

The problem is that he is confusing “Constitutional” or “Civil” rights with your actual rights.  Civil rights are granted by governments to their citizens and can be removed by the government at any time.  This poses a serious problem for a person trying to defend themselves as the real question becomes “are you a citizen?”

Well let’s start with what a citizen is.  As Marc Stevens loves to point out “A citizen is an individual who exchanges loyalty and obligations for rights and protection.”  However, the supreme courts in most, if not all, countries have ruled that there is no obligation on behalf of the government to protect the individual.  With no obligation to protect there can NOT be any citizens.  So what are these government people talking about when they use the word citizen?

They are actually calling you an employee of their incorporated organization.  This concept goes quite deep and can take some time to comprehend but it is true.  In fact the Canadian Constitution even says is part 1 section 32 that it only applies to government personnel and not to private individuals.  (See R v. Dell for an example of a ruling or the Canadian Heritage Website.)  This is the essence of what is happening by people all over the planet as they resist the police actions and protest against the governments.

It goes by many names given by the mainstream media including “free-man-on-the-land”, Sovereign-Citizen, and many others around the world.  The fact is although there are radicals within these groups most of them are simply people that understand the government are Civil Servants.  That means they are supposed to work for us not private corporations.  They want their countries back and they want true law and order restored.

This is accomplished by recognizing a different type of “right”.  They are called unalienable or natural rights.  These are the rights that all (wo)man have and that can not be taken away by anyone.  They are called self evident in the US Bill of Rights and in the Canadian Bill of Rights described as having existed and continuing to exist.  You already know them and commonly refer to them as “life, liberty, and property.”  It is imperative that every man learn what these rights are and how to exercise them.  This is the real fight going on with the police and legal systems.  This is what the “freedom” movement is really all about.

We the people have all the power and we the people are winning.  To learn more about how you can properly defend your true and natural rights to to learn more about what they are, contact me and let’s talk.  I can assist you in finding others who are like minded and want to make a positive difference in the world we live in to build mutual support and learning.
